All school uniform orders placed through https://yellowrocktrade.com/ are delivered directly to the respective schools. Parents or guardians are required to collect the uniforms from the designated school location as notified.
- Delivery Location: We deliver only to schools that are registered with us.
- Proof of Delivery: A signed receipt from the parent or guardian will be obtained at the time of uniform pick-up from the school to confirm receipt of goods.
- Delivery Timeframe: Deliveries to schools within UAE are typically completed within 2-3 working days from order confirmation. Parents will be notified once uniforms are ready for pickup.
At Yellow Rock Trading L.L.C, we strive to provide high-quality school uniforms and a satisfactory customer experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refunds- Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The item was damaged upon delivery.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days from the date of pick-up at the school.
- To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the refund.
- You will be asked to return the product in its original packaging, unused and in its original condition.
- If your request is approved, we will process the refund back to the original mode of payment.
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Returns are accepted if:
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product was damaged on delivery
- Notify us via email and return the product at the school.
- If approved, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use or tampering.
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placement.
- Refunds will be made to the same payment solution originally used.
- Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
